Production Time (7–14 Business Days): This is the time required for professional artists to hand-paint your order and for the paint to cure sufficiently for safe packaging.
Transit Time (5–7 Business Days): Once shipped, items typically arrive via trusted premium carriers including DHL, FedEx, or UPS Express.
We offer three options.
If you purchase the framed / frameless option, we will provide the hooks so you can hang it easily when you receive it.
If you purchase a rolled painting, you will need to find a local gallery to frame it for you. They will install the hooks for you.
When shopping for artwork, size can have just as much of an impact as the composition of the piece. It is important to determine where you want to hang your art first so that you can measure to find the perfect size.
- For abstract art, BIGGER IS BETTER to maximize impact.
- An oversized piece of art in a small room can create a focal point.
- A small piece in a large room may get lost. Try grouping several smaller pieces together to create a display of art to fill the area of the room.
- Another rule of thumb for hanging art is to center it at eye level. Consider if you'll usually be standing or sitting in the space and select your eye-level height accordingly.

We ensure artworks are shipped according to strict safety guidelines based on the format you choose:
Rolled Canvas (Ships in a Tube): The canvas is rolled and placed in a dent-resistant tube. This is the safest method for oversized works and allows for easy stretching or framing by your local framer.
Small Framed/Stretched Art (Ships in a Box): Shipped flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box with ample cushioning support.
Large Framed/Stretched Art (Ships in a Crate): Shipped in a custom-built, heavy-duty wooden crate designed for international art transport, tightly sealed and secured.

If you are not satisfied with our products, we offer every customer a 30-day return consideration period.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the artwork arrives damaged or is the wrong item, Youkis Wall Art t will cover all return shipping costs and arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.
Personal Reasons: If you decide to return the artwork for personal reasons (such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to our designated international studio.
Please note the following is required for a returns request to be accepted:
- It has to be less than 30 days since you have received the artwork.
- The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging — ideally in its original packaging.
- Please note artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
- It is important that you take care when unpacking received artworks.
For artworks that arrived damaged, we ask for a photo of the damage to be provided so that we can learn more about what went wrong with that particular shipment.
If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.
Please Note:
All Youkiswallart pieces are original, hand-painted oil paintings on canvas, created by the artist. Each artwork is unique; subtle variations in texture and tone serve as a testament to its authenticity.
Custom Artwork: (Including personalized sizes, color adjustments, or special commissions) is non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Thank you for your understanding.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In the rare event of damage during shipping, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange areplacement or full refundpromptly after verification.
