HASSLE-FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Here at Youkis Wall Art , We are always committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the items you have purchased, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order to receive a full refund or a free replacement.
We offer complimentary exchange for damaged items. If you have a damaged item during transportation, we thoroughly apologize, and ask that you send us a message and include your order number and a photo of your damaged artwork.Please leave the shipping arrangements to us—we will ship the replacement within 7 days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

If you are not satisfied with our products, we offer every customer a 30-day return consideration period.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the artwork arrives damaged or is the wrong item, Youkis Wall Art t will cover all return shipping costs and arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.
Personal Reasons: If you decide to return the artwork for personal reasons (such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to our designated international studio.
Please note the following is required for a returns request to be accepted:
- It has to be less than 30 days since you have received the artwork.
- The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging — ideally in its original packaging.
- Please note artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
- It is important that you take care when unpacking received artworks.
For artworks that arrived damaged, we ask for a photo of the damage to be provided so that we can learn more about what went wrong with that particular shipment.
If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.

All Youkiswallart pieces are original, hand-painted oil paintings on canvas, created by the artist. Each artwork is unique; subtle variations in texture and tone serve as a testament to its authenticity.
Custom Artwork: (Including personalized sizes, color adjustments, or special commissions) is non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Thank you for your understanding.
Refund Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
